small kitchen, limited bathrooms
the location is great, close to restaurants and shops.
the kitchen is cramped and hard to share. there aren't enough bathrooms for the number of guests.

my recent stay in rotorua was delightful, but Crashpalace Backpackers surpassed expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the ambience was relaxing and scenic.
hot tub was out of order.

I felt like a pro in the billiards room, sinking shots like a champ. The hairdryer in the private bathroom made me feel like a glamorous movie star ready to take on the day. Cons: Limited kitchen bench space.

tried to chat with the staff, but they seemed busy. the showers were meh—I had to wash my hands in another washroom. Found solace in the communal areas, ended up having a nice chat with the hostel cat. Decent facilities to cook, could handle my cravings. the outside cabins were chilly—thank goodness for the heater! not too shabby, just don't expect the red carpet treatment. Cheers, mate.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, providing great local tips. the dorm room was spacious with lockers, and the al-fresco setup was charming. Security felt top-notch with key-card access. the free hot tub and well-equipped kitchen were excellent. Surrounding amenities like restaurants and a nearby spa were convenient. the friendly resident cat added a homely touch to the vibrant artwork-filled facility. a comfortable, secure, and artsy stay indeed.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
